How long does order processing take?

Order processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 8–16 business days after dispatch. This timeframe does not include order processing.

How do I request a return?

Please email hello@dreamdesignsboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Under our return policy, items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

Who pays return postage?

Our current return policy states that return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before sending your item back.
