Off the Shoulder Ruched Maxi Dress with Sheer Waist

A sheer waist panel gives this off-the-shoulder maxi dress its distinctive edge, combining romantic draping with a contemporary reveal. In the chocolate-brown shade pictured, tonal mesh and gathered fabric create interest without prints, glitter or elaborate embellishment.

The neckline dips gently at the centre, framing the collarbone and leaving the shoulders bare. Long, sheer sleeves follow the arms, balancing the open neckline with a delicate layer of coverage.

Curved fabric edges outline the translucent midriff panel, creating a striking contrast between the more opaque bodice and skirt. Diagonal ruching sweeps across the hips, adding texture and shaping the transition into the long, close-fitting skirt. Below the gathers, the fabric falls into a smoother line with a subtly sheer finish at the hem.

For dinner celebrations or an evening event, style it with bronze-toned heels and a compact clutch to complement the warm brown shade. Gold-toned earrings add a polished accent, while a sleek hairstyle keeps the focus on the neckline and mesh detailing. It is a statement look built around texture and silhouette rather than sparkle.

Made from 100% polyester, the dress is listed as stretchy and partially lined. The sheer sleeves and waist panel are part of the design, so choose undergarments that suit their placement and your preferred coverage.

Please measure before you buy
